Detailed information and images for ViVi Music LED Controller and Visual Vibes LLC

ViVi | Music LED Controller

ViVi is changing the future of live lighting control. With real-time tracking for any song, intricate lighting effects, and fully-independent operation ViVi blows away other LED controller’s capabilities. It performs like a professional DMX setup, but requires no programming, has instant setup, and it’s small enough to put in your pocket.

ViVi has 3 separate outputs for bass, mids, and treble which plug into any WS2812B lights to provide power and data . Audio is input to a 3.5mm jack using an aux connection or microphone. Add 5 Volt power and let the show begin. Set up in less than 30 seconds!

ViVi brings LED Controllers into the Age of Automation

There are autonomous cars that can safely drive you around in traffic, but LED controllers still blink erratically to music. The ViVi Music LED Controller uses advanced algorithms to think about the music and autonomously produce a coordinated lightshow similar in style to a manually controlled or pre-programmed show, and it does it instantly for any song.

ViVi is for Everyone

Automation doesn’t only make for great lightshows, it also makes ViVi easy to use. With zero programming and easy plugs for all connections anyone can setup ViVi. By using a static lighting mode ViVi can replace any existing lighting installation and only bring the fun out when it’s time to party. ViVi’s compact size and 5V (USB power) operation allow it to be used anywhere; you can make an LED outfit, control lights in your car, install it in your house, strap it to your bike, add excitement to your bar, or include it in your DJ light setup.

ViVi can liven up any party, impress your friends, or wow a crowd all for a fraction of the cost of existing products and without the endless hours of setup and programming.

Visual Vibes LLC

Visual Vibes LLC is a new company and ViVi is its first product. The company currently only has two employees, Matt Kachur, the inventor of ViVi, and Rajiv Kothari, a DJ with a passion for technology and experience in marketing. The goal of the company is to rapidly expand in the lighting industry by offering highly-automated easy-to-use solutions for consumer and commercial lighting applications. Additional products are planned and awaiting development until ViVi is in full production and begins shipping.

Founder – Matt Kachur

Five years ago Matt Kachur had the same desire that everyone has at some point, he wanted lights that reacted to music. He searched, but didn’t find anything he liked, so he built his own hardware and software that could accurately sync with music and didn’t require programming for each song manually. That project remained in the breadboarding stage until 1 year ago.

In the Summer of 2015 Matt decided to turn his music reactive lights project into a product. He found the addressable WS2812B LED strips and envisioned a product that provided the WOW factor he had been looking for. This was the beginning of the ViVi Music LED Controller.

Matt graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he focused his studies on electronics and automation technology. He then worked for six years as a Nuclear Engineer during which time he taught himself web development, business management, online marketing, and continued working with microcontrollers. Matt left his career job and is now working full-time at Visual Vibes.
